Penny’s nomination

‘Ever since starting in my role as Student Placement Lead within the Trust, Penny has welcomed and supported me to develop my role within Physiotherapy.

She is hugely passionate about student education, and her enthusiasm for developing and improving how we deliver student placements is infectious!

She has been integral in significantly increasing the number of student placement offers within CTS over the last few years.

When it comes to student physios – Penny is a ‘yes’ lady! Nothing is ever too big an ask, no suggestion or idea is a silly one.

She is willing to shake up how things have previously been done, try any new system, nothing seems to overwhelm her and nothing is too much trouble.

Her positive attitude, her cheerful disposition and her willingness to squeeze in another student, makes her one of the most helpful and supportive colleagues I’ve met at Oxford Health.

This nomination is in recognition of her unwavering commitment, enthusiasm and support for student education in physiotherapy. Thank you Penny – for all your hard work.’
