Note what happens.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shimmy<\/strong><br \/>\nMove around as comfortably as you can, then sit back down. Note what happens.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pelvic floor muscle squeeze<\/strong><br \/>\nSqueeze the pelvic floor muscles, hold for a few seconds, and then release. Note what happens.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scoop<\/strong><br \/>\nUsing a tissue in your hand, lift your \u201cundercarriage\u201d up and forward towards the front.
